1. Share Your Idea
   Email me at info@kenfurystore.com to book a consultation via email, Zoom, or phone. Share your vision, whether it’s an engagement ring, wedding band, bracelet, pendant, or any unique piece. Let me know your preferred metals, stones, and budget. Feel free to include inspiration or references from my past work to help guide the design process. If you have a stone or materials you’d like me to use, I can incorporate those into your custom piece as well.

2. Crafting Your Piece
   I bring the design to life using techniques like wax carving or hand fabrication, ensuring every detail is expertly crafted to perfection.

3. Collaboration and Updates
   Stay involved throughout the process! I'ss send updates and photos of your piece in progress for feedback and adjustments.

4. Approval and Completion
   Once you’re happy with the final design, I will complete the piece and prepare it for insured delivery with a required signature.

5. Payment
   A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining balance due upon final approval.

6. Timelines
   The process typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and workload.
